Description: Ren has short aquamarine hair that curls out into a flip, with hair that hangs in front of her ears and a curling cowlick sticking up out of her bangs. Her ears are pointed with five gold earrings in each (two studs, three hoops). Her eyes are purple and tilted, and when she is in her fishlike form the pupils are slitted like a cat's. As a fish girl, her skin is bluish-green. She also has fins and gills on her arms and legs and webbing between her fingers and toes. Naryans are amphibious aliens that live both on land and in water. They have two different forms they can go between: a fishlike one for underwater and a humanoid one for land. When they change, their pointed ears and teeth stay the same. Being amphibians, Naryans need water to survive. If they go too long without being in water, they'll die. Because of this, Ren sometimes sleeps in a water tank at night. Sea water is best because it has more nutrients in it. Royal Naryans have the ability to manipulate water. Normally they are more aggressive than the others. Ren inherited this power from her parents, but she has a hard time controlling it.

Likes: Ren loves singing and playing her electric guitar. She even writes her own songs. She enjoys collecting and reading comic books, too, especially Dib's. She'll even "borrow" them from him sometimes. She also loves eating, fighting, and sleeping in.

Dislikes: Ren hates Irkens and all things related to them. From their antennae to their Voot runners to their SIRs to the Almighty Tallest, she despises it all. She deeply wants revenge for what they did to her planet, and plans to start with Zim. She also hates school and being ignored.

Good Qualities: She is an excellent fighter and an amazing
athlete, the best in the skool. But she never joins any of the teams or plays with the other kids outside of gym class. She is an idealist and has a strong sense of justice. She's also a pretty darn good musician.

Bad Qualities: She can be quite clumsy at the most annoying times and is a very dangerous driver. Sometimes she thinks she's still a queen and expects to be treated like one. She also occasionally has difficulty controlling her powers. So that's lucky for Zim. But don't you get on her bad side, either, because she's really dangerous when she's mad.

Role: Ren moves to the same town as Zim and immediately sees
through his pitiful disguise. She's mad about what his race did to her home world, so she quickly begins plotting revenge. Zim learns about this and an obvious tension is formed between the two. In fact, Zim's scared half to death of Ren. He knows about her abilities to control water and make craters with her guitar, which are both definite points in her favor. In the end, she decides to just torment him because that would be more fun then killing him. Ren moves in next door to the Membrane family and enrolls in Skool, even though she hates it there and could easily do without it. She ignores Ms. Bitters' absurd lessons on doom and focuses more on doodling on her desk. Her classmates think she's weird, but earns their respect once she demonstrates her athletic abilities. Of course, Dib is the only one who realizes that she is an alien, and of course, no one believes him. He becomes a friend after she rescues him from some bullies, seeing her as a kindred spirit in their shared hatred for Zim. Sometimes she and Dib join forces, but normally she does her own thing and just wants to have fun. Ren even manages to befriend Gaz and sometimes they play video games together. She is resentful toward GIR at first, but later grows to like him when she sees how clueless he is. GIR likes her because she gives him candy and he calls her "flying fish lady."

Personality: Ren is the kind of girl who doesn't let anyone boss her around and couldn't care less about her reputation. This is mainly because she believes herself to still be a queen, and queens don't take orders from anybody! She is a playful, rebellious, sassy tomboy who does whatever the heck she wants and disregards the consequences. When she wants something, she'll go for it and will do whatever it takes to get it. She also can't stand to see people getting picked on and will stand up for what she believes in.

Weapon: Ren always carries a guitar around with her, which she not only uses as a musical instrument, but as a weapon, swinging it around like a baseball bat and smacking people in the head with it. It's extremely heavy and she wears it on her back to weight train, proof of her incredible strength. Ren burns around on her incredibly fast turbo powered scooter, sending cars flying in all directions and trailing a big dust cloud behind her. Somehow, this scooter also has the ability to fly.

History: Ren comes from a planet called Nar and is the former queen of its people, the Naryans. No one really took her seriously because she was so young, but she didn't really try too hard to be a queen. She preferred to run around and waste her time. Nar was a water planet back then and relied on tourism as its main export, as it was the most famous and successful resort in the galaxy. The gravity there was also about twice that of Earth. The Naryans were generally peaceful by nature, very fast swimmers, were stronger than humans. Their technology was very advanced and unique. Then one day the Irkens came, exterminating the Naryans, changing the planet into a giant landfill and renaming it "Junk-Yardia." The only reasons the Naryans lost to the Irkens were that they were caught off guard and the Irkens had stronger weapons. Actually, the Tallest lied and broke the Irken-Naryan peace treaty that Ren's parents had made with them. Ren was the only one who escaped the attack. She drifted in her ship through space from one planet to another for almost a year before landing on Earth. Upon arriving, she took up the identity of a human.
